I am a gender-fluid Multi-disciplinary Artist, Traditional Mayan Medicine Practitioner & Somatic Healing Facilitator of Celtic-Taino decent; based between the North Sea, Scotland & Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. I come from a lineage of seers and mystics of the Division de Agua Dulce.

I offer pathways to self discovery and healing through a weaving of Mesoamerican Shamanism, Somatics, Ancestral Adornment & Performance Art. I have been in service within the wellness industry since 2017, having completed trainings in many brain-body based healing arts and earth rooted wisdom traditions. My current practice and offerings are are informed by Traditional Mayan Medicine, Sound Therapy, Trauma Recovery, Neuro-Somatic Intelligence, Vortex Energy Healing, Continuum Movement & Tooth Gem Artistry.

My work is motivated by a deep prayer & devotion to assist in dissolving the illusion of separation, disconnection & displacement felt by many of us in this human experience. Prior to serving this prayer, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) honours degree in Dance & Professional Practice, from the University of Coventry. Leading me to obtain 20+ years experience as a Choreographer and Somatic Movement Practitioner, with a special interest in nature based practice.

My journey with Mayan spirituality, indigenous wisdom and plant medicines began inside a Temazcal in Mexico in 2017, and have remained vital ingredients on my Path of self discovery. Working with the physical and non-physical realms support a deeper understanding of my emotional, mental and spiritual landscapes. With the elements and plants serving as profound teachers, guardians and holding fields for my continuous inquiry into what it means to be human.

Since then, I have been regularly travelling to Mexico and Guatemala to study and deepen my understanding of the ancestral wisdom ways of the Tzotzil & K’iche Maya. In 2023, I completed a part-dipolma in Traditional Mayan Medicine under the guidance of Tzotzil healer and elder, Sofia Diaz Hernandez, from Chiapas.

Following my own lived experience of Complex Trauma, Functional Neurological Disorder, Eating Disorders & Addiction – an aspect of my work I am deeply passionate about is Nervous System Rehabilitation, Trauma Resolution & Behavioural Change. In 2023, I became the UK’s only ICF certified Neuro-Somatic Intelligence Practitioner and opened an online coaching practice dedicated to Nervous System Health.

I have a private home studio where I offer for 1:1 sessions and treatments in Stonehaven, Scotland.
