I am a gender-fluid Multi-disciplinary Artist, Traditional Mayan Medicine Practitioner & Somatic Healing Facilitator of Celtic-Taino decent; based between the North Sea, Scotland & Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. I come from a lineage of seers & mystics of the Division de Agua Dulce.

I offer pathways to awakening & healing through a weaving of Mesoamerican Shamanism, Somatics, Ancestral Adornment & Performance Art. My work is motivated by a deep prayer & devotion to assist in dissolving the illusion of separation, disconnection & displacement felt by many of us in this human experience.

My journey with Mayan spirituality, indigenious wisdom & psychedelic plant medicines, have been vital ingredients within my Path; to healing & reconnecting to a felt-sense understanding of the primordial energy that flows through all living things that I deeply felt as a child. This rekindling with my body & the Earth has transformed the way I met myself, life & all other beings.

Prior to serving this prayer, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) honours degree in Dance & Professional Practice, from the University of Coventry. Leading me to obtain 20+ years experience as a Somatic Movement Practitioner, with a special interest in nature based practice.

I have been in service within the wellness industry since 2017 & have completing certified trainings in many healing modalities; Sound Therapy, Traditional Mayan Medicine, Trauma Recovery, Neuro-Somatic Intelligence, Vortex Energy Healing, Continuum Movement & Tooth Gem Artistry, all inform my current practice & offerings. I regularly take pilgrimages to Mexico & Guatemala to sit with my teachers & the elders & immerse myself the ancestral wisdom ways of the Totztil & K’iche Maya.

Another aspect of my work I am deeply passionate about is Nervous System Rehabilitation, Trauma Resolution & Behavioural Change. I deliver this through the Neuro-Somatic framework, which is what helped me find resolution lived experience with Complex Trauma, Functional Neurological Disorder, Eating Disorders & Addiction, which led me to become an ICF certified Neuro-Somatic Intelligence (NSI) Coach.

In 2024, I rebranded under the namesake Of Blood & Bones, and opened a private studio & temple space based in Stonehaven, Scotland.
