Of Blood & Bones is a bridge between body & brain, indigenous wisdom & western scientific knowledge, old ways & new traditions, artistic expression & ancestral rites of passage.
I offer pathways to healing and embodiment through nervous system coaching, traditional mayan medicine, ecosomatic movement + art workshops, sound therapy + energy work, ancestral adornment, and mentorship.
I create spaces that cultivate emotional resonance and resilience. Spaces where we can gather to attune to a felt-sense state of wholeness. Spaces where clarity, presence and inner peace enables true authentic connection with ourselves, other humans and the wider web of relations woven into Earth’s tapestry. Spaces of remembrance.
My work explores the landscape of the body, and the body of Earth through animistic, cosmic & mythic-poetic lenses, inviting you into a world of inner and outer exploration through the realms of consciousness and creativity. Together, we discover and express who you really are.
These invaluable resources offer ways to practice intimacy with life. To be curious about our aliveness. To ask questions about our humanness and about what lies beneath the surface of reality. To find awe, and wonder in the seemingly mundane. To be humbled by our body’s capabilities and limitations, yet also awakened by the remembrance of power held in our bones from those who walked before us.
